# Botanical information for Greenstand

The fundamental element of all Greenstand work is a tree seedling (or sapling or tree) in the field. Documentation relating to plant biology and taxonomy:

Additionally we keep an Airtable Base to make sure all admin panel entered species are documented. (Note: a lot of the species in here are not in the herbarium.treetracker.org  but are used and ientified by partner projects using the Treetracker app)
