Welcome To Grants

This is an overview of how the Grant's team operates

Grant's are complicated. They require many moving parts to come together, from precise communications, to designed impact reports, to pitch decks and pitch videos.

Tasks Required

  1. Finding and Recommending Grants (This is done by anyone one)

  2. Grant entered in Airtable for sorting and review

  3. Eligibility and alignment check (Done by Grant's Leads)

  4. Creation of Grant's document (from template) and listing all grant application questions, and required documents

  5. Grant entered in Open Project with deadlines, tasks assignments, risks. (by Grant's project Manager)

  6. Grant kept on track (Project manger and Team wrangler)

    1. Grant written

    2. Grant Assembled

    3. Establish contact with Grant Entity

  7. Grant submitted

  8. File Moved to Submitted

  9. When grant is awarded, all reporting requirements logged and and assigned by project manager.
