Notes Field Business Logic

Notes field formats ( notes field comes from data collection on site)

• A number indicates a re-track

• Some captures (trees table) have just the species in the notes field

• Some captures (trees table) have a code that indicates species and other information

  • Example: WeliC10leamtree

    • C10 - catchment

    • Weli - nursery

    • leamtree - species

  • Example: ATC10whiteteak1077

    • 1077 is the nursery number code

Species is also available for some trees in the species column (if and admin panel operator added this - species field comes from the admin panel )

• Species column supercedes data in the notes field.
