o basically for each planter, for every 2 months, there is a may payout. And then depending on how many trees they have planted, they get some percentage of that max payout.

So a planter can earn a max of 1.2 mil every two month. Mind that it's a total part time job for them

great! I think it will be the 12th of Nov now and then the 1st Monday mid month every other month

-> therefore make this into a manual job, possibly parameterized with the begin/end date.
