This checklist designates when to move a deal in the pipeline.
If in the orientation meeting it is discovered that the organization will not be able to access the Treetracker until the iOS version is released, then these contacts should be categorized here.
Once the orientation is complete, they will be evaluating the MOU, expecting an Admin Panel, and planning to donate the $250 now or when they have funding.
An MOU is signed before Admin Panel Access/Map URL is sent. The contact is now functioning with a admin and customized org map.
Anytime in the onboarding process we should expect a $250 suggested donation, but definitely before they start selling significant amounts of tokens to investors or receiving extra tech support.
Invoice & payment receipt have already been sent to the Company at this point.
In the case that we are providing all access pro-bono (free of charge), we need to move the contact through the pipeline at $0 paid once it's decided they won’t be paying or once the company has Wallet access.
The contact has access to their wallet
It has all the tokens in it that are in their admin panel and map.
The contact is fully functional before entering this pipeline.
This section is meant to categorize for-profit integrations that fall outside the scope of typical Treetracker organizations.
