This meeting outline should be used during the introductory meeting with potential new Treetracker organizations & linked with their contact in HubSpot, as well as filed appropriately in G-Drive.

Below is the link to the New Treetracker Orientation Meeting Outline, which should be used to take notes during all introductory calls. Following the call, follow the Checklist to ensure the document is filed in the correct G-Drive folder, as well as linked to their contact in HubSpot.

Basic Meeting Outline

  1. Link Completed New Treetracker Project Survey here.

  2. Discuss project details and needs, beyond what New Treetracker Project Survey offers

  3. Explain Greenstand and with short pitch (Greenstandards forthcoming!)

  4. Share screen and find Contact on ; show features of current technology on map

    1. Show features of current tech on map:

      1. Zoom in and out for capture totals

      2. Timeline feature from groupings or updates by date

      3. One organization filter -

      4. One user/planter filter -

  5. Establish the official name abbreviated name of organization to be linked to all future captures and full name for MoU

    1. Designate name here: ____________________

  6. Show and discuss use of Admin Panel -

    1. Basic functions - run through all functions in filters, labels, icons

    2. When best to register a new user

    3. When and where to write notes about captures

    4. Selfies purpose

    5. Proof of payment to farmers

    6. Future tech stack to keep in mind (i.e. capture matching, RIV, etc.)

  7. Define and Wallet

    1. Explain the current and future tech capabilities

      1. Organization Wallet is where tokens are stored (show

      2. Each Impact Token is simply a "capture of a living tree with all attributes attached" and provides “proof of past effort”

      3. Upon request they can be removed from the Organization wallet and transferred to an investor’s wallet and the investor will have their own Wallet map for proof of ownership and environmental impact.

      4. Upcoming tech stack:

        1. An interface for Organizations to be able to group and present available tokens to investors before sale

        2. An interface for investors to see their tokens in different views

        3. Capture matching that establishes asset tokens as monitoring updates take place

  8. Discuss

  9. Introduce the Wallet Token Transfer Fee

    1. A 3% fee paid in tokens will be taken when tokens are transferred

    2. Discuss that tokens may be taken randomly by the computer as they are traded or by individualized selection made by the organization before trading occurs

    3. Designate Randomized or Unique Selection for token fee

  10. Tasks for organization:

    1. Send a transparent logo

    2. Additional tasks?
